Hi, I’m Camille “Cami” Stroud—a dedicated real estate agent proudly serving Lubbock and the surrounding communities.

Originally from a small coastal town south of Houston, I came to Lubbock for college and quickly knew it was where I wanted to stay. I earned my degree from Texas Tech University and later completed my Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. What started as a college experience turned into a place I’m proud to call home.

My background in healthcare shaped my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for serving others—qualities I now bring into every real estate transaction. Real estate has always been a passion of mine, and after years of interest (and plenty of HGTV!), I took the leap to turn that passion into a career.

As a member of the Lindsey Bartley team, I’m backed by a supportive, high-performing group that prioritizes collaboration, integrity, and results. With the training and resources I’ve gained, I’m committed to guiding my clients through every step of the buying or selling process with confidence and care.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and loving on my dogs, Parker and Philly. I’m also excitedly planning my upcoming wedding!
