Originally from the small town of Lipan, Texas, Tate now proudly calls Lubbock home. With a background from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business and a genuine passion for real estate, he entered the industry with one goal: helping others navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence and ease.
