This Year's Featured Subdivisions:
🏡 The Reserve at Dunn Mill — Homes located along the 2800–2900 block of 151st Street, featuring B&B Homes, Home by Lyons, Atlas Homes, Flatland Homes, Luxe Homes, Addison Homes, Junior Stephens Construction, and Robust Homes.
🏡 Sedona — Homes located along the 4000–4100 block of 149th Street, featuring Matt Vance Homes, Addison Homes, and Truitt Garland Construction.

A few tips to make your visit count:
Plan your route before you go. The homes are grouped tightly by subdivision, so you can tour multiple properties in one stop. Pull up the WTHBA Parade map ahead of time and prioritize your must-sees. Start early — West Texas weather shifts fast, and mornings give you better lighting and lighter crowds. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
Take photos and notes. After three or four homes, details start to blur. Snap pictures of the things you love — paint colors, tile, lighting, layouts — and jot down what stands out so you can revisit it later.
Look past the finish-out. Tile and lighting are easy to fall for, but the bones of a home matter more long-term. Pay attention to layout flow, ceiling heights, natural light, storage, and craftsmanship.
Bring your decision makers. Whether it's your spouse, a business partner, or a family member, tour with the people who will be part of the decision. It saves a lot of back-and-forth later.
Whether you're buying, building, or remodeling, the Parade has something for you. If you fall in love with a Parade home, call The Lindsey Bartley Team — we can answer your questions, walk you through pricing and next steps, or schedule a private showing so you can experience the home without the Parade crowds. If you're planning to build from scratch, this is the single best weekend of the year to compare floor plans, finishes, and styles side by side. And if you're remodeling, you'll walk away with a notebook full of ideas you can bring into your current space.
The Parade of Homes is one of those events that makes Lubbock feel like Lubbock — local craftsmanship, local builders, and a community that shows up for each other. If you've been on the fence about touring, this is your year. I'll see you out there.
Have questions about a Parade home or want to schedule a private showing? Call The Lindsey Bartley Team anytime — we'd love to help.
